Mindfulness, Movement & Nutrition for Children & Young Adults

“Eni has been coming to us for Yoga and mindfulness sessions for several years now, working with both junior and infant classes.
We have been extremely fortunate to have discovered her, and will hopefully be able to continue to book her for many years to come.

Great with the kids, she has a very calm and gentle nature with them, understanding and remembering each child as they progress through the years. Her expectations are tailored to individual needs, offering encouragement and praise throughout the sessions.
The sessions cover a wide range of moves, possible mainly due to Eni’s knowledge base, understanding of the body and skills...
both in yoga and mindfulness techniques.
The children always look forward to the sessions, evident in the way she keeps them all fully engaged for the full hour, and the calm,
relaxed atmosphere which ensues.

We would all happily recommend Eni to any school or club which wants to start including Yoga as part of their PE provision,
sure that she will be a wonderful addition to the range of activities already on offer.

Everybody loves Eni!!”

Movement & Mindfulness for Seniors

I teach weekly classes at Millfield Nursing Home in Keswick and also online for various care homes in England.

The sessions have seated and standing options available and they are 30 minutes long.

The classes are great for improving joint mobility, flexibility of muscles,

circulation and coordination.

They also help cultivating strength in the arms, shoulders, core, thighs and calves.

All participants face light up during the sessions and we have lots of laughs as we enjoy various movement techniques from Eastern and Modern methods, all to music.

During the sessions a sense of friendliness and warmth rises amongst the participants which

creates deeper connection between them.

It's so lovely to see participants transforming during class to a happier version of themselves.
