Brilliant teacher/trainer with a good understanding of the anatomy but also sees your inner strengths/weaknesses and emotions. I personally had 3 disc bulges, she set up a program for me which really helps. She makes classes interesting and fun. Lovely person, great teacher.

What a joy it is to do Eni’s movement classes. As well as being so knowledgeable about the body and how to get the best out of our movement, she has a wonderful sense of humour and so engaging.
It’s subtle but my muscles ache in the following days after a class. This is of course a good thing! She really gets you moving, but only as much is comfortable for each individual.
